Warning Message due to Boundary Condition/ Obtaining Hydrographs for multiple outlets

Hello,
I am exploring simulating a grate inlet in the center of a road using the software.

I am encountering a warning during your iBER simulation related to the placement of my 2D outlet boundary condition (the grate inlet).How can I resolve the warning message caused by the grate inlet's 2D outlet boundary condition in my iBER model?
How do I generate individual hydrographs for the grate inlet and the bypass outlet boundary conditions in my iBER model? I would have expected an output file for the outlet boundary condition in the post processing.
