I am doing rainfall-runoff modeling of the big basin having mesh size of around 11million. When I do post-processing, i am getting bad results(see attached picture). In the Lower-part, results seems to produce but in the others, it's like a garbage. Where am I doing it wrong? Any Suggestions?
